WADSWORTH — A developer wants to build 111 rental homes near state Route 261 and South Medina Line Road, but the property would first have to be rezoned.
Wadsworth City Council held a public hearing Tuesday on a proposal to rezone five parcels to R-2 residential. The request drew concerns about traffic and the loss of commercially zoned property, as well as questions about how future development would affect surrounding roads and neighborhoods.
