CLEVELAND, Ohio — The family of a Ravenna man who died in a 2022 crash on the Ohio Turnpike in North Royalton will receive a $612,500 settlement in a wrongful death lawsuit filed against the Illinois company that owned the semitrailer involved in the collision.
Melissa Ferrell filed the lawsuit in federal court in Cleveland on behalf of the estate of her father, Paul Richards, against Illinois-based KMS Freight Inc. and the driver.
