Brecksville will amend city code to address crowing rooster causing disturbance

BRECKSVILLE, Ohio – The city plans to amend its noise ordinance due to noise complaints from residents, especially those involving a rooster or roosters.

However, as of Tuesday (Sept. 22), three city officials had not responded when asked exactly how the city will change its code, although Councilwoman Ann Koepke said the city will not ban roosters.
