STOW, Ohio — Stow City Council has approved a $13.75 million capital plan for 2027 that puts infrastructure projects such as road repairs and stormwater improvements at the center of the city’s spending.
Through 2031, the plan calls for nearly $57 million in capital spending, including more than $14 million for asphalt work and $8 million for concrete repairs, and $1.5 million for sidewalks during the five-year period.
