64-year-old man dead after Stark County motorcycle crash

CLEVELAND — A 64-year-old Stark County man died at a hospital Monday morning, a day after he was seriously injured in a motorcycle crash in Bethlehem Township.

According to the Ohio State Highway Patrol, the crash happened just after 7 p.m. Sunday evening on Fohl Road. James Savage of Navarre was driving his 2007 Harley-Davidson Road King motorcycle west on Fohl Street when he lost control off the right side of the road, struck a guy wire and hit a culvert.

Savage was transported to Cleveland Clinic Mercy Hospital with “serious, life-threatening injuries” and was pronounced dead on Monday morning…
