BECKLEY, WV (WVNS) — A man from Ohio was sentenced for a drug crime in West Virginia that involved fentanyl.
According to a press release, on Wednesday, October 7, 2026, 29-year-old Deon Dewayne Grundy, of Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, to two years and nine months in prison, to be followed by four years of supervised release, for possession with intent to distribute 40 grams or more of fentanyl.
