VIENNA, W.Va. (WTAP) – After several years in the Grand Central Mall, the Classic Plastics Toy Store is closing down. Classics Plastics owner Tony Workman said the closure comes as a result of losing his previous storefront location in the mall and having to set up shop in a kiosk, although he says general economic trends contributed too.
