JOANN is closing another store this February in a move that shoppers are calling “a huge loss.”
The fabric store chain previously closed another location in the same state earlier this month.
JOANN has announced the closure of its store situated at Burbank Road in Wooster, Ohio.
The final day to shop will be February 21.
A spokesperson for JOANN told local news station Fox8 that the location is undergoing liquidation.
It is one of 829 stores nationwide.
Unhappy locals have shared their feelings about the closure on Facebook group, What to Do in Woo.
“I’m really sorry about this,” wrote one. “For those of us who enjoy sewing and crafting, it will be a huge loss!”
Another shared: “We’re sad to see our Wooster store closed!”
But the Wooster location is not the only JOANN in Ohio to have closed recently.
Earlier this month, the store in Zanesville, around 70 miles south, also closed.
The closures were a part of “routine store location evaluation and optimization,” according to JOANN.
