Chad Doerman’s legal team claims that his constitutional rights were violated from the outset
Lawyers for the Ohio father who police say admitted to chasing down and murdering his three young sons are demanding in a new motion that his alleged confession be tossed.
Chad Doerman’s defense team has requested that the court throw out all of the statements he made during his “entire interrogation” because the cops had “violated Mr. Doerman’s constitutional rights from the outset,” according to the court filing obtained by FOX19 .
Prosecutors in Clermont Couty have not filed a response but a judge has set a hearing to address the motion on Feb. 2, according to the local news outlet.
On June 15, 2023, deputies from the Clermont Sheriff’s Office responded to Doerman’s home in Monroe Township after a woman had called 911 and said that her “babies had been shot.” another person had called moments later to say that a little girl was running down the street shouting that her “father was killing everyone.”
