A popular restaurant in Twinsburg is serving an AYCE brunch buffet just before Valentine’s Day.
If you’re a fan of a hearty brunch with endless amounts of food, you might want to check out the restaurant Blue Canyon Kitchen & Tavern – which is located in Twinsburg at 8960 Wilcox Dr – on February 11. According to the restaurant’s website, Blue Canyon will be offering a brunch buffet on that day starting at 10 AM.
At the buffet, customers will be able to feast on items like Applewood smoked bacon, sausage patties, hashbrown potatoes, traditional shrimp cocktail, oysters with lemon & rosewater mignonette, garlic green beans, chicken piccata with lemon caper butter, mousseline potatoes with lemon & brown butter, Caribbean jerk shrimp (which will be served with peas, red peppers, and penne alfredo), honey & Chinese spiced pork loin (which will be served with sweet & sour balsamic, sesame lime slaw, radish, and scallions), Croque Monsieur (the sandwich will be served on sourdough and come with herb bechamel, Dijon mustard, Swiss cheese, and shaved ham), Caesar salad, and chickpea antipasto salad, which will be made with soppressata, pepperoni, Greek olives, cucumber, tomato, fresh mozzarella, and pepperoncini vinaigrette. In addition, there will be a carving station with prime rib, which will be accompanied by French onion jus.
