SHAKER HEIGHTS, Ohio (WOIO) – Police are asking for help after a woman said a man in a mask approached multiple kids and offered them candy at a Shaker Heights Family Center. Police say it happened at a Family Center on the 19800 block of Sussex Road between 3 p.m. and 5 p.m. Saturday.
