CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – A cold front that crossed Northeast Ohio on Saturday morning has brought temperatures closer to seasonable levels. The north wind keeps the lakefront chillier in the 30s Sunday afternoon while areas farther south climb into the 40s. However, it is a far cry from the 60s just a couple days ago. Seasonable temperatures stick around for the entire week ahead. Meanwhile, dry weather is expected through Monday before a southern storm pushes in Monday night. This will clip parts of Northeast Ohio with some snow. The snow associated with the storm system exits by sunrise Tuesday, but then lake-effect snow takes shape Tuesday afternoon into Wednesday morning with additional light accumulation farther north. Overall, an active pattern sets up through the extended period with a clipper system bringing the potential for a rain/snow mix on Thursday and another bringing more snow chances late Friday into early Saturday.
