Four-star linebacker Dante McClellan named his top eight schools on Tuesday. The 6-foot-3, 200-pound linebacker is from McKinley High School in Canton, Ohio.
McClellan’s top schools are Tennessee, Kentucky, Louisville, West Virginia, Rutgers, Pittsburgh, Minnesota, and Michigan State.
McClellan is the No. 272 overall prospect and No. 29 linebacker in the class of 2025. He ranks as the No. 1 linebacker and No. 11 player in Ohio, according to the On3 industry rankings .
He earned All-Ohio honors as a sophomore with 34 total tackles, four interceptions, two touchdowns, and one sack. Tennessee is the strong favorite in McClellan’s recruitment, according to the On3 RPM.
