In case you missed it, a new restaurant has opened in Parma on Ridge Road.
Sometime in the last few months, China Express – which was a popular Chinese takeout restaurant located at 5720 Ridge Rd in Parma – closed its doors for good. However, the space did not stay empty for long. Earlier this year, a new restaurant called Hibachi & Pho Japanese & Vietnamese Cuisine opened its doors at the former location of China Express.
As the name of the restaurant would suggest, the new spot’s menu includes a variety of hibachi entrees. You can get hibachi ribeye steak, tilapia, shrimp, chicken, salmon, tofu, and/or vegetables. Each hibachi meal comes with your choice of fried rice, lo mein, or white rice; your choice of yum yum or ginger sauce; and mixed veggies, which include broccoli, zucchini, onions, and carrots.
Also on the menu is pho. The restaurant offers pho with eye round steak, well done brisket, beef meatballs, and/or beef tripe.
In addition, the menu includes starters like miso soup, onion soup, egg rolls, spring rolls, shrimp tempura, crab Rangoon, seaweed salad, fried calamari, crab salad, fried chicken wings, and gyoza. Furthermore, the restaurant offers some sushi rolls (including but not limited to California rolls, sweet potato rolls, shrimp tempura rolls, and Philly rolls) as well as some Chinese dishes like chicken & broccoli, sesame chicken, orange chicken, sweet & sour chicken, pepper steak, beef & broccoli, and shrimp & broccoli.
