PARMA, Ohio (WOIO) – The Petland Parma store became the victim of theft for the second time since 2022, according to the store’s management. The suspect entered the location on Saturday at around 11:50 a.m. and spent time with the puppy in a meet-and-greet room before he ran out of the store with the dog.
