(WJW) – Another local Rite Aid store will soon close.
The latest round of closures includes two more Ohio locations and adds to the roughly 200 Rite Aid stores nationwide that the company has closed since filing for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection last year .

The latest round of closures was announced in court documents dated Tuesday, April 23. According to the documents, 16 additional stores will close including the Rite Aid located at 114 12th Street NE in Canton.
Just last week, Rite Aid announced two other local planned closures :
- 16207 Detroit Ave., Lakewood
- 2100 Wales Ave., Massillon

An exact date or time frame for the closures was not provided.
So far, at least 18 Ohio locations have been impacted.
