Canton Woman’s Club offers Hall of Fame Grand Parade and Breakfast Buffet

CANTON – The Canton Woman’s Club’s annual Hall of Fame Grand Parade and Breakfast Buffet will be Aug. 3 at 822 Market Ave. N. Club doors open at 7 a.m. There will be food options before and after the parade, plus free parking near the parade route for paid guests. Parking passes will be part of the reservation package.

The cost is $43 per adult or $27 for children 12 and younger and includes reserved bleacher seats. Pre-paid reservations only. Payments may be received in the Canton Woman’s Club office by cash, check or credit card. (A 3.5% convenience fee will be applied if paying by credit card.)

Kids movie Monday at the Palace

CANTON – The Summer Kids Movie Series continues at 1 p.m. Monday at the Palace Theatre, 605 Market Ave. N, with a showing of “The Little Mermaid.”

Admission is $2. Doors and the box office open at noon. A sensory-friendly showing of the movie will be at 6:30 p.m. The Summer Kids Movie Series offers affordable, family-friendly movies each Monday afternoon through Aug. 5. For a movie schedule, visit cantonpalacetheatre.org .
