MEDINA, Ohio – Starting in October, the city plans to charge credit card fees to customers on expenses such as water bills and purchases at Spring Grove Cemetery. “This is something I brought up to council a number of years ago and they didn’t want to do it at the time, but I think it has become more common and everyone is charging credit card fees now,” Finance Director Keith Dirham said.
