SANDUSKY COUNTY, Ohio (WTVG) – The Ohio State Highway Patrol’s (OSHP) Milan Post is advising everyone to wear their seat belt at all times when inside a vehicle. Kenneth J. Vanhoorik, 51, of Lindale, Texas was wearing his seat belt when he was involved in a crash in Sandusky County on the Ohio Turnpike, which saved his life, according to the Ohio State Highway Patrol.
