AKRON, Ohio – A man is in custody following an overnight shooting in Akron. Police say the shooting happened on Wednesday at around 1:50 a.m. in the 700 block of Russell Avenue. Upon arriving at the scene, they found a 36-year-old man with a gunshot wound to the leg.
