A network of surveillance cameras being used by more and more communities helped authorities safely recover two children allegedly abducted from Warren by their father. A woman told Warren Police she was stranded at a bar on Mahoning Avenue late Monday after her ex-boyfriend, Antonio Carter, forced her out of his pickup truck and drove away with their two children, ages 2 and 4.
