STRONGSVILLE, Ohio (WJW) – It’s been a week, and they now have time to reflect on a funny joke that turned into a crazy reality.
In the early-morning hours of Friday, Sept. 20, Prescilla Adillo, of Valley City, gave birth to her daughter Paisley on the side of I-71 North in Strongsville.
Paisley was delivered by her dad Branden and grandma Nicole Nagy while they took instructions over the phone from a 911 dispatcher.

They were heading for Metro Health Center in Cleveland, but Priscilla told FOX 8 that she could tell her daughter was ready to make her entrance into the world.
“It’s a shock. It doesn’t feel real, but I’m happy it all went smoothly and fast,” Priscilla said. “You see it in movies. I didn’t think it would ever happen to me.”
Once paramedics arrived, they helped Branden cut the umbilical cord and then got everyone safely to a nearby hospital.
Now, the Adillos have a crazy story to tell, but the background makes it even more memorable.
