23-year-old killed in motorcycle crash on I-76

WADSWORTH, Ohio (WJW) – A 23-year-old from Wadsworth was killed in a motorcycle crash on I-76.

According to the Ohio State Highway Patrol, Tuesday evening, Cooper Wrobel was thrown from his motorcycle after hitting the center median on I-76 eastbound in Wadsworth.

He was then hit by oncoming traffic and suffered fatal injuries.

Troopers said Wrobel was driving an Aprilla Tuono V4 1100 Factory motorcycle.

There’s been no word on what caused him to go off the side of the road and hit the median.
