WARREN, Ohio (WKBN) – A Windham man convicted in a Niles police chase has picked up more prison time for a parole violation.
Scott Mosier violated his probation in connection to a 2022 failure to comply case in Niles when he was convicted in November 2024 of burglary in Portage County.
In the 2022 case, prosecutors said Mosier ran from police in connection to some stolen packages.
Mosier was sentenced to seven and half years in prison in the Portage County burglary case and now he will have to serve an extra nine months on the probation violation.
