SOLON, Ohio — OVI: S.O.M. Center Road. At 11:35 p.m. Dec. 17, an officer watched as a gray Ford Escape traveling south on S.O.M. Center Road, near Solon Road, turned left onto Solon Road and into the oncoming lane of travel. The driver then corrected the car’s course of travel and moved into the right lane.
