RICHFIELD, OH – A new restaurant has come to town.
Earlier this month, the new brewpub Richfield Brewing Company opened for business, according to the restaurant’s social media account. Customers can find the brewpub in Richfield at 3871 Broadview Rd.
The food menu includes appetizers like Ruthie’s meatball (which is a homemade beef meatball made from a family recipe), pretzels, chicken wings, lager mussels, and kimchi funnel cake. As for main courses, the restaurant has dishes like Emerald tuna (which consists of ahi tuna with matcha soba noodles, red bean, coral broth, and lotus), one-pound local ribeye with peppercorn brandy cream, Bodega Reuben (which comes with spiced corned beef, Cleveland kraut, Swiss, and Baltic horseradish remoulade), grilled kimchi & cheese, and more.
On Sundays, the restaurant offers a brunch menu with items like supper frittata (which is made with cast iron eggs and cheeses), steak & eggs (served with shoestring fries, mushrooms, and onion shire gravy), chicken & waffles, and more.
