CLEVELAND, Ohio – Rain will greet Northeast Ohio residents on Monday morning, but the skies should begin to clear during the afternoon, eventually becoming mostly sunny. Forecasts from the National Weather Service show temperatures will remain mild, with highs in the mid-40s, but it also will be windy. Gusts will approach 30 mph. The wind will calm overnight as temps drop to the mid-30s with increasing clouds.
