CANTON, Ohio (News Talk 1480 WHBC) – Canton Mayor Bill Sherer is putting the wraps on his first year in office, looking at accomplishments and goals. As part of an emphasis on where people live in the city, Sherer’s Neighborhood Plan identified 16 “communities” within the city.
