CUYAHOGA FALLS, Ohio – Ohio Brewing Co.’s building and equipment have been sold to Monven, a Chagrin Falls-based restaurant group, brewery owner Chris Verich said. Verich told cleveland.com the timing was right. He and his brother Michael founded and have been operating Ohio Brewing for almost 28 years, a lifetime in the hospitality business. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
