CLEVELAND, Ohio — The headline-making snow system coming in from Kansas City and St. Louis may spare Northeast Ohio. Zach Kovic, a meteorologist with the National Weather Service, told cleveland.com and The Plain Dealer, that the Cleveland-metro area may see an average of an inch of snow. This also includes Lake County, which Kovic said could also see about an inch.
