PORTAGE COUNTY, Ohio (WOIO) – The U.S. Marshals and Portage County Sheriff deputies are asking for help in finding a fugitive accused of raping a minor. According to the U.S. Marshals, Emilo Joseph Lee Dial, 22, is also wanted for sexual battery, intimidation of a witness, and failure to provide notice of address change.
