CLEVELAND HEIGHTS, Ohio — Without further ado, City Council unanimously confirmed on Monday (Jan. 6) the appointment of former two-term Akron mayor Dan Horrigan as city administrator.
The resolution, introduced by Mayor Kahlil Seren, passed on first reading after City Council held a confirmation hearing Dec. 16.
