SUMMIT COUNTY, Ohio (WOIO) – The driver accused in a hit-and-run accident that killed an 84-year-old Boston Heights woman, was indicted by the Summit County Grand Jury.
Joseph Zolnowski, 35, of Parma, was indicted on the charge of failure to stop after an accident.
