(WJW) — A Wind Advisory will be in effect for the shaded counties starting at 8 a.m. Saturday. The advisory expires for some counties by 8 p.m. Saturday, however a handful of counties will be under the advisory through Sunday.

Wind gusts are expected to be around 40-50 mph. It will be gusty elsewhere. You may want to bring in or tie down any loose items. Some sporadic power outages are possible.
Saturday started out rainy and a bit stormy. The rain showers, downpours, and storms from this morning have moved east of the area, and a bulk of the afternoon will likely be dry. Widespread rain with a few embedded storms will not start to lift northeast across the area until after 6PM.
