A Parma woman charged in August 2024 with felony DUI following a stop by North Ridgeville police is serving a 60-day prison term, with an expected release date early next month.
Upon release from prison, 41-year-old Danyelle Lemmons will be on three years community control according to Lorain County Common Pleas Judge Chris Cook’s sentencing order.
Lemmons pleaded guilty in December to two counts of felony DUI and speeding, a misdemeanor. Two felony charges of improper handling of firearms in a motor vehicle and one felony charge of carrying a concealed weapon were dismissed as part of her plea agreement, which also said the gun found in the car during her arrest would be returned to her…
