MEDINA — Protesters lined the corners of Medina Public Square on Sunday afternoon for a “Save Democracy” rally.
From 1-3 p.m. around 100 people, including military veterans, Ukrainians whose families have been harmed by the war, members of the medical community and others, stood on Medina Public Square’s corners holding signs voicing their concerns on decisions made by the current administration. The rally was organized by Kristen Lowther and Kathie Jones.
“We are here to save our democracy,” Jones said. “It has been taken over by billionaires. They are destroying our government.”…
