SOLON, Ohio (WOIO) – A 21-year-old man was arrested after he allegedly pointed a loaded gun at a woman who honked at him in a Solon parking lot.
Edward Kirk, 21, of Garfield Heights is charged with aggravated menacing.
The incident happened around 9:45 a.m. on March 20.
