COVENTRY, Ohio (WOIO) – A 38-year-old man is under arrest after Summit County deputies say he drove recklessly in a parking lot, nearly running down multiple pedestrians.
Deputies say Stephen P. Simpson of Barberton is charged with driving left of center, traffic control devices, leaving the scene of an accident and reckless operation.
According to the sheriff, they were called out around 6:15 p.m. Wednesday for a reckless driver in Coventry Township.
