MIDDLEBURG HEIGHTS, Ohio — A Middleburg Heights man, 34, received a court summons earlier this month after he broke the windshield of a car parked outside Perkins, 7175 Engle Road.
The victim was a 27-year-old Brook Park man who worked at Perkins.
