An industrial warehouse in Jackson Township sold for $1.6 million, according to the latest real estate transfers filed with the Stark County Auditor’s Office .
A N Z Limited, a domestic limited liability company, purchased the property at 6199 Dressler Road NW from WTS Property Ltd. The building houses automotive, construction and fitness businesses.
The property transfers cover March 29 to April 4.
