JEFFERSON CO., Pa. (EYT) — A hearing for an Akron man who allegedly drove to Brookville to meet with who he believed was a teenage girl has been rescheduled.
According to court documents, a preliminary hearing for 39-year-old Sean Allen Huber that was scheduled for May 5 has been continued, and will resume on Tuesday, May 13, at 10:30 a.m., in front of Magisterial District Judge Gregory M. Bazylak.
Huber has been charged with the following offenses:
- Statutory Sexual Assault: 11 Years Older, Felony 1
- IDSI (Involuntary Deviate Sexual Intercourse) Person Less Than 16 Yrs Age, Felony 1
- Aggravated Indecent Assault — Comp. Less Than 16, Felony 2
- Corruption Of Minors — Defendant Age 18 or Above, Felony 3
- Criminal Use Of Communication Facility, Felony 3
- Driving While Operator’s Privilege Suspended Or Revoked, Summary
Unable to post $100,000.00 monetary bail, Huber is currently lodged in Jefferson County Jail…
