CANTON, Ohio — Seven months after the city of Canton fired a police officer for kicking a kneeling suspect, he is back on the job.
An independent arbitrator found that the city did not have just cause to terminate Officer Brandon Momirov, prompting his reinstatement. Canton police confirmed to 3News that Momirov returned to duty on April 14.
