AKRON, Ohio (WJW) — Police are welcoming any information that can help identify a driver accused of throwing cats onto a highway from his truck.
The incident is alleged to have happened on Sunday, Mother’s Day, in the southbound lanes of State Route 8 near Perkins Street.
