Too many deer is a nationwide problem: Is shooting them the answer?

CLEVELAND, Ohio –Roughly half the cities in Cuyahoga County have taken steps over the past three decades to manage their encroaching deer populations.

Many allow bow hunting. More than a dozen have had expert marksmen discreetly kill deer using rifles with silencers. Some do both.
