Police tracked two reported shoplifters from a Center Road store at 7:33 p.m. May 4 to the home one of the suspects. Witnesses saw the man and woman fleeing the store in a brown Chevrolet Trax and found the two at the woman’s house on Carolyn Drive. She and he boyfriend, a Westlake man, were charged with theft…
