BROOK PARK, Ohio (WJW) — The FOX 8 I-Team has found the city of Brook Park taking new steps to clear the way for the Browns to build a dome with development around it.

Brook Park has created new zoning rules for a Planned Unit Development District. In short, new rules governing the use of land making it easier for the Haslam Sports Group to build a dome and a complex around it that could include retail buildings, office buildings and apartments.
The new rules still have to be approved, and that could happen at a hearing next month.
