CLEVELAND — Summit County residents might get some relief from energy bills with the help of the Home Energy Assistance Summer Crisis Program (HEAP).

- From July 1 to Sept. 30, residents can apply for the program by scheduling an appointment with the Community Action Akron Summit
- Residents could get relief on utility bills or other objects like air conditioners or fans
- All documentation required must be present at the time of the appointment
