AKRON, Ohio – The University of Akron is ranked No. 1 in the world for polymer science and plastics engineering, according to recent rankings from EduRank.org.
The rankings are based on universities’ research performance in polymer science and plastics engineering, according to the publication website. The University of Akron also held the No. 1 spot in 2022.
The University of Akron bested 1,015 polymer science and plastics engineering programs to secure the top spot, according to a university news release.
