A man and juvenile face felony charges after police said they shot at each other during a July 5 vehicle vehicle pursuit in a Kent neighborhood.
“Fortunately, no one was injured,” said Kent Police Lt. Mike Lewis. “We had two vehicles traveling at high rates of speed, one pursuing the other, and both vehicles exchanging gunfire on a residential street on a Saturday evening. This was an extremely dangerous incident.”
Lewis said a 17-year-old male from Cleveland and his 18-year-old brother reported that they arranged through social media to meet with Javen Terrel House Jr., 22, of Dayton, to purchase jewelry from House and two other individuals.
