Reward offered for information on death of 26-year-old Ryan ‘JJ’ Godbey

CLEVELAND — Loved ones of Ryan “JJ” Godbey are offering a $10,000 cash reward for information that leads to the discovery of Godbey’s body.

Godbey was reported missing on June 22 after the 26-year-old did not show for a set of weekend drag performance at Darlin’s CREW in Canton. On July 4, police announced the search had transitioned to a homicide investigation.

Godbey’s live-in boyfriend, Daniel Mattay, 33, was charged with murder, felonious assault, strangulation and domestic violence in connection with Godbey’s death…
